2007 INNOVATIVE GRANTS
The City Council agreed to set aside Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for an Innovative Grant Program. These funds are to be administered by the Neighborhood Council Office, as part of the City’s Neighborhood Council Program. They are intended to provide matching funds primarily to grassroots neighborhood organizations within the eight Neighborhood Council areas to assist and support in developing and implementing small-scale neighborhood self-help physical improvement projects.
